Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide! If your country should not be available at the check out just message us. We are sure we can make it happen!

Will I have to pay any customs/import or sales taxes to receive my order?
If you live outside Switzerland you may be asked for an additional payment to receive your order. These charges are controlled by your government and sadly out of our control.

I have a problem with my order - what should I do?
First of all, we are very sorry to hear there is something wrong with your order! Just write us a message and we will do everything in our power to fix the problem as fast as possible.

Which methods of payments can I use?
You can pay via credit card and PayPal.

What shipping options are available?
We are shipping with Swiss Post and currently have the option A-Post and B-Post available.

Can I track my order ?
We don't have the option for tracked shipping available at the moment.

How do returns work?
You can return your order within 14 days if it's still eligible for return (not washed, worn outside etc.). Just write us a message and we will get back to you! Please notice that you have to pay for the shipping by yourself.

Where are your items printed
All of our products are printed by Millionthougts Entertainment in Germany.

How do I wash my item?
Please wash your item at 30° only and turn it inside to protect the print.
